Three steps to create your new Software Training Program:

1) Get a training assessment and training implementation plan

We’ll evaluate how you currently create, manage and deliver training, and we’ll assess the effectiveness of your current training materials. Then we’ll design a roadmap of the expected time, effort and cost to update your materials and implement a fully functional Public and Private training program, with a clear, predictable path, taking you from where you are now to where your company is capable of being.

2) Create and deliver

We’ll train our instructors on your technology, we’ll build your hands-on, lab-based course materials and we’ll create on-demand student lab environments so that your current and future customer base will engage fully in learning your software. We’ll publish your calendar of courses, deliver your classes and we’ll manage the inevitable customer training issues.

This plan is for software vendors who need to deliver training to their customers. By letting us manage and deliver training for you, your team gets to focus on your core business of building and selling software.

We can create and deliver courses custom-made for your product line. We find and work with SME's who have in-the-trenches consulting experience in your technology to develop super effective courses, or we can deliver your existing training

Public training is where anyone can sign up for pre-scheduled classes, whereas Private training is for specific customers who have signed consulting and implementation contracts with you and who want dedicated training. We service Private and Public training, all on the same platform! And all customers (Public or Private) get access to live training as well as to eLearning and Video Learning options that match the live training - so each individual gets to learn in the way that works best for them.

Walled Gardens - Create isolated areas for each customer, choosing exactly which courses you want that customer to see. Provide detailed training reports to your customers, and white label each walled garden with your company name, logo and CSS (web page style)
